Biography

Tin-Chih Toly Chen received the Ph. D. degree in industrial engineering from National Tsin Hua University. Dr. Chen is currently a Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at National Chiao Tung University. His research interests include explainable artificial intelligence, fuzzy and neural computing, competitiveness analysis, cloud and ubiquitous manufacturing, operations research, semiconductor manufacturing, ambient intelligence, and smart healthcare. Dr. Chen is IET Fellow and AIAT Fellow.
